The following terms and conditions apply to all appointments:
CANCELLATION
Due to the amount of time it takes to perform top quality services and the size of our operation, cancellations and reschedules have a lasting effect. For this reason, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment so we can fill that time slot and to avoid our cancellation fee of $40 subject to our discretion.
• We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or service.
• Fusion Auto Salon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions or equipment failure.
• Failure for the vehicle and keys to be present at the time and location of the ordered service may result in the cancellation of the appointment by Fusion Auto Salon and will be considered a cancellation policy violation which may result in a $40 cancellation charge.
REFUNDS
All sales are final. Refunds are subject to Fusion Auto Salon's sole discretion. If, in the event that we decide to issue a full or partial refund, please be aware that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
If you find our service unsatisfactory after the final inspection and release of the vehicle back into your possession, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. Fusion Auto Salon may, at its discretion, make reasonable efforts to remedy any concerns at its sole discretion. Fusion Auto Salon will not be held liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion or if you did not complete the final inspection with our technician.
DAMAGE
Fusion Auto Salon and its contractors cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss of the vehicle or any part of it, or any of its accessories or any of its content, and/or
Damage to any other property, arising from, or in connection with the company’s custody of the vehicle while in our care. We are professionals and are skilled at what we do.
In the event your vehicle is damaged while in our care, where such liability is proved to arise, and only to the extent it is proven to arise, as a result of negligence, a criminal act or breach of statutory duty on the part of Fusion Auto Salon or its servants or agents, we will advise you of the incident and will reimburse you for any damage caused by Fusion Auto Salon. In such event, Fusion Auto Salon reserves sole discretion to choose an independent third party to appraise the extent of damages to the vehicle.
By agreeing to our detailing services you also agree not to hold Fusion Auto Salon liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle. Fusion Auto Salon limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job. You must disclose to us all defects, damage, or weakness in your vehicle, known or suspected by you, which may be affected by the services prior to our commencing with the cleaning process.
Old or non original paintwork can be damaged in the cleaning process. All such defects shall be indicated to our staff prior to commencement of the cleaning process.
PAYMENT AND LATE FEES
• You are required to make the payment for your services rendered when you return to pick up your vehicle, at the price set out and agreed upon in our service menu or in your custom estimate/invoice.
• Failure to make timely payment will result in a late charge of an additional 15% of your total invoice price per day, plus any additional fees or expenses incurred by Fusion Auto Salon including, but not limited to, storage, fuel, and legal costs.
• By agreeing to the terms and conditions in this agreement, you are authorizing Fusion Auto Salon to collect unpaid balances through the credit card provided by you used to pay the initial deposit.
• Any unpaid amount will result in Fusion Auto Salon retaining your vehicle without release it until payment in full has been made.
• By agreeing to the terms and conditions contained in the agreement herein, you understand that Fusion Auto Salon reserves the right to place a mechanic’s lien on your vehicle for any outstanding and unpaid balance.
LOST OR MISSING ITEMS
• Fusion Auto Salon is not liable for any lost or missing items left in the vehicle at the time of service. It is the Customer’s responsibility to secure any personal belongings before leaving their vehicle in the care and possession of Fusion Auto Salon.
• Customers are requested to deposit their valuables in a safe deposit box or other secure place prior to leaving the vehicle in the custody of Fusion Auto Salon.
LIABILITY
• We do not undertake to insure your vehicle against loss while it is in our possession.
• Insurance of your vehicle is at all times your responsibility.
• You will be liable to us for any death, injury or damage suffered by us or our staff attributable to any defect in your vehicle or any harmful contents.
• It should be noted that polish and other cleaning products can be slippery and extreme caution should be exercised when collecting your vehicle.
• Fusion Auto Salon provides a complimentary valet/drop-off service for its valued clients after work has been completed and paid for. In the event you choose to utilize our valet service, you warrant and agree that your vehicle is registered, insured, and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations as required by the State of Texas. In the event that your vehicle does not comply with the vehicle requirements imposed by the State of Texas, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fusion Auto Salon and its agents.
• Furthermore, in the event that you utilize the complimentary valet service, you agree that Fusion Auto Salon and its agents will not be liable for any accidents, collisions, or damage caused by the negligence or intentional acts of any third parties.
OTHER REFUND/RETURN POLICY, AS SUGGESTED BY GOOGLE
Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of services. Our returns period lasts for 14 days after you receive any item. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible to return an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Where items have been made or personalised for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.
If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and will process your refund within seven business days after the returned item is confirmed to be in reasonable condition.
When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS
Fusion Auto Salon reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section. Fusion Auto Salon does not make any commitment to update the materials.
